Our supervisors constantly visit the clients’ sites during the day and night to ensure efficient service delivery and quick response to the clients’ issues. We also conduct impromptu checks on all our assignments aimed at collecting feedback from the customers. Our Security officers are highly trained to identify hazards at client premises. In case of any emergencies, we work in conjunction with national security agencies to arrest, calm and return the situation to normalcy. This is done through a modern command centre that is manned 24/7 hours monitoring all our clients which activates the appropriate highly trained mobile team in response to such emergencies.
Security Training
Our security personnel receive detailed and vigorous training in execution of their duties. This is done by working with law enforcement training agencies and in line with PSRA requirements. They are put through extensive theory and practical/physical training that enables them to deal with most kinds of threats businesses may experience.
